Rederij Doeksen provides the ferry service from, to and between Harlingen, Terschelling and Vlieland. We strive for a safe, customer-friendly and service-oriented service, performed by hospitable and professionally trained employees, with modern, safe and effectively equipped ships. We strive to offer more service through new technologies before, during and after the crossing.

Rederij Doeksen stimulates sustainable partnerships with (islander) entrepreneurs to make the products Terschelling and Vlieland attractive to tourists and to increase visitor numbers. The management system of Rederij Doeksen meets the quality requirements according to ISO-9001. In addition, the ferry service is certified for the ISM code (International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention). Each ship has a Safety Management Certificate. Shipping Inspectorate and Classification Societies supervise the technical aspects of the ships. Rederij Doeksen is part of holding company Koninklijke Doeksen BV, whose head office is located in Rotterdam.
