Facilities aboard the ferries

On whatever your ship you make the crossing, our ships have been provided with facilities for a relaxed and comfortable crossing. There are also good facilities for the disabled. 

Food and beverages

The buffets on board will be open to guests from Saturday 5 June. A maximum of 10 people are allowed here at the same time. The presentation of the products is covered or packaged as much as possible;

 

The Grand Café Promenade is also open again according to the usual opening hours. We are happy to welcome you daily between 07:15 and 21:00.

Shopping at De Parlevinker

At de Parlevinker you can not only buy nice souvenirs, but also magazines, the latest holiday essentials and some goodies for the road.

  • Monday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Tuesday from 8:00 to 15:00
  • Wednesday from 8:00 to 15:00
  • Thursday from 8:00 to 17:30
  • Friday from 8:00 to 20:00
  • Saturday from 8:00 to 15:00
  • Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

 

Waiting rooms

Our waiting rooms in Harlingen and on Terschelling and Vlieland are smokefree, heated and all completely accessible to wheelchair users and other disabled people. The following facilities can be found there:

Luggage lockers

At all locations. To be used for the temporary storage of luggage, operated by means of a coin.

 

Catering

In Harlingen you will find Grand Café Promenade, where you can get coffee or tea, soup, plate service and pastry. Soft drink vending machines are located in the terminals of Harlingen and Terschelling.

 

Toilets / disabled toilet facilities

There are free (disabled) toilet facilities at all three locations.

 

Information desk

If you have any questions about our services or tickets, you can go to the service desks at any of the three locations. Our employees will be happy to help you.

Internet connection

There is free wifi both inside the ferry terminal in Harlingen and aboard the ferries.

 

Ticket vending machine

At the terminal in Harlingen you will find a ticket vending machine where you can purchase, alter or print your own ferry tickets. It is very convenient if you find yourself at the end of the queue in front of the service desk!

 

Group venues

In Harlingen you can rent a special venue for meetings or any other group gatherings. Customized catering package deals on request.

 

Shop

In the terminal in Harlingen you will find the shop called the Parlevinker, with an extensive assortment and frequently attractive bargains.
